Color Fun Fest 5K Dallas/McKinney

Come join us as we combine two of the most EPIC festivals in the world. Color Fun Fest brings the Holi Festival and the electronic dance movement together for the first time with a day and night glowing color 5K run. As day transforms into night and the dust settles from our day color run, we power up the strongest blacklights in the world to transition our day color run into a nighttime 5k color run festival called Color Fun Fest. Join us at the finish line as we celebrate life with an after party of mass color and high voltage dance music. Come one, come all, come spend your weekend with your family, friends and loved ones to create an EPIC night you will never forget.

If you choose to pick your packet up on event day we highly recommend arriving two hours before your start time, to allow plenty of time for parking, getting ready, registration, etc. Parking at the venue will be $10, so please make sure to bring sufficient cash. There will also be vendors, food, and drinks available for cash purchases. Don’t forget to wear a white shirt to become as colorful as possible. :) We recommend wearing your free Color Fun Fest shirt!

Day Run:
Event Day Packet Pickup Starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 10:30 AM
Day Waves Start: 11 AM
Festival: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Night Run:
Night of Packet Pickup starts at 7:00 PM and ends at 8:30 PM
Night Waves Start: 9 PM
Festival: 5:30 PM – 11 PM

(If You miss packet pickup, you will still be able to run but you will not receive your free shirt)

Along with the most vibrant 5K course around, Color Fun Fest 5K will also feature a massive finish-line festival featuring live DJ’s, vendors, food, and the monumental ‘Color Toss’. The festival is free for spectators, so bring the whole family! DJ MadMax will be hosting the finish-line festival, check out a mix below for a preview of what is to come!

Make life easier for you ! Come pick up your race packet’s the day before at our exclusive pickup location to avoid waiting in lines on event day.
Day before event Packet Pick-up (free) will be April 18th, 2014. There is a $5 fee for picking up packets on event day at the venue. Your packet includes a Color Fun Fest shirt, bib, pins, tattoo and a color packet.

Color Fun Fest is an all ages event, and we encourage you to bring your kids to join in the 5k. Kids 12 and under run for FREE, so bring the whole family!

Giving back to the community is one of the driving factors of Color Fun Fest. Each run will donate a portion of proceeds to a local non-profit charity.

We are working with Free Arts for Abused Children, a nonprofit organization that gives children that have suffered adversity a chance to express themselves through art.

Another organization we are involved with is called “Hope Kids”, an institution that helps the families of children with life-threatening medical conditions find hope and enjoy life with a loving and supportive community of compassionate people.
